Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Valid membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and a current practicing license. Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in an educational institution will be an added advantage. Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
