Pharmaplus is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to join their team as a Digital Commercial & Revenue Growth Lead.

  • Reporting To: Head of Technology

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving total online revenue, shaping growth strategy, and leading team performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive total e-commerce revenue
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Align marketing, operations, and technology functions
  • Manage budgets including ads, tools, and campaigns
  • Build and scale high-performing teams

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Total online revenue growth
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Conversion rate
