Description
Our client in the Transport Facilitation Sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Manager – Lid Lifter to lead the growth of its training and consulting arm. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the LID LIFTER program, driving client acquisition, coordinating impactful training initiatives, and positioning the organization as a leader in transport-focused consulting and capacity building.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth and expansion of the LID LIFTER consulting and training program for external clients, including schools and transport stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue generation through training, coaching, and advisory services.
- Organize and spearhead coaching sessions for school owners, transport managers, and other sector stakeholders.
- Ensure effective onboarding of new employees, including coordination of structured induction and training programs.
- Identify staff training needs and organize relevant capacity-building initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external training programs, providing actionable improvement insights.
- Plan and coordinate internal programs and structured engagements during school holidays to maximize impact and revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in Business Development, Training, Consulting, or a related commercial role.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing or revenue-generating role.
- Proven experience in business development, training coordination, or consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships.
