Retail – Shop Operations Officer at Kilimall

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Monitor and drive sales performance against set targets
• Manage inventory levels and stock reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze sales and stock reports using Excel
• Utilize Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas) for data analysis and reporting
• Identify sales trends and recommend improvement strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize stock availability and turnover

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Experience in retail/store operations and sales management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
