Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to customers.
- Receive and respond to client calls.
- Attend to and direct customers and visitors to relevant offices within the Polytechnic.
- Support internal communication efforts to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Assist in maintaining a digital archive of communication materials and media coverage.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor of Science in Media and Digital Communication, Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, or Public Relations from a recognized institution.
- Ability to communicate in English or Kiswahili.
