Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback to customers.
  • Receive and respond to client calls.
  • Attend to and direct customers and visitors to relevant offices within the Polytechnic.
  • Support internal communication efforts to keep staff informed and engaged.
  • Assist in maintaining a digital archive of communication materials and media coverage.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Media and Digital Communication, Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, or Public Relations from a recognized institution.
  • Ability to communicate in English or Kiswahili.
