Description
As our Head of Growth, you will lead strategic efforts to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion across all our offerings. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be the architect of Peach’s growth strategy and a key driver of our 10x scale ambition. This role operates at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, demanding a high-Impact leader who blends creative experimentation with disciplined operational execution.
You will translate our bold vision into actionable growth plans and measurable outcomes across the business. From launching new go-to-market strategies and digital tools to running structured growth experiments, you will own the end to end growth funnel driving top-of-funnel customer acquisition, optimising conversion and retention and expanding into new markets and segments.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will test hypotheses, build playbooks, coach teams, and continuously refine systems to fuel sustainable, scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Specifically, the Head of Growth at Peach can expect to lead/own the following growth elements, at a country level:
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap aligned with our long term business goals, translating high-level objectives into quarterly and monthly action plans.
- Lead the end-to-end design, testing, and validation of high-impact growth initiatives i.e. new products, go-to-market models, and internal processes improvements, while balancing bold innovation with pragmatic execution.
- Leverage deep customer insights and an understanding of the full customer journey to ensure all growth experiments are relevant, grounded in reality, and scalable in the real world.
- Continuously assess and optimize existing products, services, and processes to remain responsive to customer needs, competitive trends, and market shifts.
- Integrate global best practices and local insights to inform growth strategies and experiment designs.
- Establish structured experimentation frameworks with clear success criteria and decision gates (continue, pivot, or sunset).
Operational Enablement & Support
- Conduct ongoing market and user research to uncover insights and turn them into growth opportunities and pilot initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and strategic partners that can enhance product experience, brand reach, or distribution capabilities.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources (people, platforms, tools) for each growth initiative.
- Proactively monitor potential risks, including regulatory, reputational, or operational, etc., for growth projects and implement mitigation strategies to address them.
- Support budgeting and resource planning for growth-related initiatives.
- Define clear KPIs for every growth effort (e.g., ROI, conversion, retention) and implement real-time dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Coach and enable cross-functional teams on growth best practices, change management, and effective communication to ensure initiatives are executed smoothly, and goals are met.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Serve as the “voice of growth” in leadership discussions and cross-functional planning, ensuring company-wide alignment on growth.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the car sales leadership, share progressive insights, support implementation and monitor for impact around demand strategy, funnel design, lead quality, alternative channels to improve conversion, velocity and unit economics.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to test and scale new revenue levers, sales motions, and customer acquisition models that directly impact car sales performance.
- Facilitate tight collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product Engineering, and Customer Success teams so that growth initiatives are co-owned, fully supported, and successfully delivered across departments.
- Cultivate high-impact external partnerships (e.g. with relevant startups, vendors, and ecosystem players) to extend Peach’s capabilities and accelerate market reach.
- Lead external-facing growth efforts, from strategic business development pitches to investor updates and alliances, to advance our growth agenda and unlock new opportunities for the company.
Systems-Building & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain clear processes, playbooks, and SOPs for growth (from idea generation and experimentation to documentation and post-mortems) to institutionalize a repeatable growth engine.
- Ensure all growth-related documentation and learnings are systematically captured, standardized, and updated in line with our knowledge-sharing practices, keeping the organization’s playbooks current.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by capturing insights from every experiment or initiative and sharing key learnings across teams (so we get smarter and better with each attempt).
Team & Resource Management
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to anticipate talent needs and recruit, onboard, and manage high-calibre growth operators and entrepreneurial leaders capable of owning new business lines and scaling growth initiatives end-to-end.
- Build and lead cross-functional venture teams, providing clear direction, milestones, and accountability while empowering leaders to operate with ownership and speed.
- Implement performance management practices that drive accountability, rapid learning, and ownership within the growth team (e.g. clear OKRs linked to company outcomes, regular feedback loops).
- Maintain a regular cadence of strategy reviews, growth team meetings, and performance retrospectives (monthly, quarterly) to ensure continual improvement, alignment, and celebration of wins.
