Description

Our client, a school based in Kiserian, Kajiado, is looking to fill the above position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-office operations and attend to parents, visitors, and callers.
  • Handle inquiries on admissions, fees, and general school information.
  • Maintain student records, files, and office documentation.
  • Support daily administrative tasks: data entry, printing, correspondence, scheduling.
  • Assist the marketing department with event coordination, parent follow-ups, and promotional tasks.
  • Ensure the reception and office areas remain organized and professional.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a school or institutional setup.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and record-keeping abilities.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
