Description

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef
to lead our Production Department and deliver exceptional culinary experiences
across our catering operations.

Location: Kiambu Road

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all kitchen activities, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation
and service for both on-site and event catering.
2. Develop and design creative, innovative, and seasonal menus tailored to
different catering clients and event types.
3. Conduct continuous on-the-job training on food preparation, hygiene, and
efficiency standards.
4. Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
5. Enforce strict hygiene, safety & HACCP compliance
6. Coordinate with Operations & Service teams for smooth event execution

Qualifications
1. Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field
2. 5+ years’ experience in a busy catering or hospitality kitchen
3. Strong leadership & team management skills
4. Excellent knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)
5. Proven menu development and costing skills
6. Ability to work under pressure in high-volume production
7. Positive attitude, integrity & professionalism
