About me
▪ Generating and providing daily activity reports, early vintage performance reports, migration, PAR (NPL ratio) and other
reports that may be required and managing the Retail loans pool on a continuous basis.
▪ Assess and recommend approving or declining Staff loans.
▪ Coaching branch teams on packaging of staff loans.
▪ Opening and sorting of daily mails received in the Unit and handling branch inquiries on credit matters.
▪ Data validation (T24 and CQ) on Staff loan applications
▪ Assist in providing input in the development of new and review of existing retail credit products and credit appraisal
tools.
▪ Confirmed borrowers’ credit worthiness as presented by relationship managers, confirmed suitability of collaterals
offered and also reviewed facilities to align with set credit policies to assist Improving loan approval rates.
▪ Ensured documents and information required to justify credit decisions have been availed and recommend for
further review highlighting critical missing information or documents hence reducing loan decline rates.
▪ Guided relationship managers on techniques to mitigate risks for credits that are bankable hence ensuring that the bank is
compliant with CBK guidelines and the Bank’s credit policy.
▪ Prompt and fair allocation of applications in the Credit Pool and generating reports on the same for the management.
