- Payroll Management – Oversee overall payroll administration, implementation of the electronic attendance tracking system from all the sites, overtime management, timely statutory deductions and remittance.
- Recruitment and Selection – Responsible for provision of Job Candidates as may be required by advertising, screening, interviewing and testing qualified incumbents as well as conducting background check

- On-boarding: Part of the team that designed an interactive on-line on-boarding portal that caters to 14 countries Globally. Rolled out the platform concurrently in Kenya.
- Capability building: Created functional learning paths and programs based on development plans to ensure closure of identified gaps. Ran a learning marathon to encourage continuous learning.
- Performance Management: Running workshops to assist line managers in effectively setting objectives, assessing performance, having development conversations, and aligning the performance management outputs to the business objectives.
- Reward Management: Successfully implemented a Field Force and CC Incentive Scheme designed in line with d.light reward guidelines and adapted to local market legislation and practices in Kenya.
- EHS / ESG: Implemented comprehensive health and safety programs through training initiative on safety protocols, and ensuring regulatory compliance measures improving the safety metrics.
