Description

Department: Stores & Procurement
Reports To: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect all incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality
  • Issue items only as per approved requisitions
  • Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory reports
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store
  • Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items promptly
  • Ensure safe storage of chemicals, fertilizers, tools, and PPE
  • Collaborate with procurement to monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in storekeeping (agricultural/manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Strong numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills
  • Computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems)
  • High integrity and attention to detail
