P.E & Sports Teacher – Aurum Consultants

Our client, a school based in Kiserian, Kajiado, is looking to fill the above role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teach and assess P.E lessons in line with the CBC/CBE framework.
2. Train and prepare learners for school sports activities and competitions.
3. Organize and coordinate inter-house and inter-school sporting events.
4. Ensure proper use, safety, and accountability of sports equipment.
5. Participate in co-curricular programs and whole-school activities.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
2. TSC Registration Certificate – MANDATORY.
3. Must be CBC/CBE compliant, with proven experience teaching within the competency-based curriculum.
4. At least 3years’ experience teaching or coaching in a school setting.
5. Ability to coach multiple sports disciplines.
6. Strong classroom management and child supervision skills.
7. First aid training is an added advantage.
