Our Client, in a fast-paced investment banking environment, is looking for a highly organised, proactive HR & Admin Officer to support HR operations and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations
  • Handle front-office duties and visitor support
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and company events
  • Manage records, correspondence, and administrative documentation
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Support basic HR and administrative functions
  • Office administration & logistics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in HR/Business
  • 1-2 years HR/Admin experience
  • Strong communication & organisational skills
  • High professionalism, confidentiality & attention to detail
