Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Creative Director, ensuring business
strategy is effectively translated into actionable operational and people plans, driving alignment
across all departments.
• Work closely with the tech and development team to ensure delivery of innovative, client-centric
products that meet evolving customer needs.
• Lead operational alignment and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless interaction
between creative, tech, sales, and support teams to achieve business outcomes efficiently and
effectively.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively unblock teams, designing and refining agile processes that
increase speed to execution while minimizing unnecessary overhead.
• Own and manage the company’s internal operating rhythm, including weekly Head of Department
syncs and company-wide communications, to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent
progress on key priorities.
• Spearhead special projects that cut across multiple departments—turning high-level strategies
into actionable projects with clear deliverables, timelines, and ownership structures.
• Support senior leadership on critical business initiatives, ensuring decisions are implemented
quickly and accurately, freeing leaders to focus on growth and innovation.
• Lead talent acquisition and performance management processes, ensuring recruitment of top
talent, alignment of individual performance with business goals, and retention of high-performing
employees.
• Oversee HR compliance, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, fostering a positive,
inclusive, and legally compliant work environment.
• Manage and motivate a field sales team of over 100 representatives, ensuring consistent target
achievement and maintaining high performance levels in a dynamic market.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring the
business remains agile and responsive to internal and external shifts.
