• Maintain impeccable levels of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

• Manage food inventory, storage, and staff scheduling to ensure smooth, cost-efficient operations.

• Support school events and catering needs with professionalism and care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in Catering, Food & Beverage Production, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in catering or institutional food service.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition standards.
