Graphic Designer – Aurum Consultants

Our client in Nairobi is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of proven experience in graphic design and hands-on knowledge of cutting machines and UV printers. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative layouts, branding materials, and print-ready artwork.

• Operate and manage cutting machines and UV printers for high-quality output.

• Prepare and check print files to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure timely project completion.

• Maintain an organized archive of design files and projects.

• Troubleshoot minor printing or cutting issues and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of experience in a graphic design role within a printing or branding company.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.

• Experience in operating cutting machines and UV printers is a must.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
