Maiyoho General Contractors July 15, 2024 - September 19, 2025 At Maiyoho General Contractors, I played a key role in the management of residential construction projects, overseeing cost planning, procurement, and progress coordination. I prepared and reviewed Bills of Quantities, developed procurement schedules, and evaluated supplier quotations to ensure alignment with project budgets. I also worked closely with the site team and subcontractors to monitor progress, verify quantities on-site, and prepare interim valuations for payment certification. In addition, I participated in project scheduling, risk mitigation, and reporting—ensuring milestones were met and cost variances addressed early. This experience deepened my understanding of how technical cost data translates into practical project management decisions and strengthened my skills in budget control, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.
