Description

Our client in the education industry, located in Kiserian, Kajiado County, is seeking an individual to fill the above position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment and re-enrollment.
  • Develop and execute marketing and enrollment strategies to attract and retain students.
  • Manage admissions events, including open houses, campus tours, and orientation programs.
  • Oversee the school’s marketing and communications channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
  • Produce promotional materials and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families, current families, alumni, and feeder schools.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to align admissions and marketing efforts with the school’s mission.
  • Supervise admissions and marketing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or admissions (experience in a school setting is an added advantage).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
