Description
Our client in the education industry, located in Kiserian, Kajiado County, is seeking an individual to fill the above position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment and re-enrollment.
- Develop and execute marketing and enrollment strategies to attract and retain students.
- Manage admissions events, including open houses, campus tours, and orientation programs.
- Oversee the school’s marketing and communications channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
- Produce promotional materials and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Build strong relationships with prospective families, current families, alumni, and feeder schools.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align admissions and marketing efforts with the school’s mission.
- Supervise admissions and marketing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or admissions (experience in a school setting is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
