About the Role

We’re looking for a Logistics Transformation Manager to help shape the future of how we move, store and deliver the products that bring our brands to life around the world.

In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring the seamless end-to-end movement of goods from sourcing materials internationally to delivering finished products to our customers. You’ll bring both strategic insight and hands-on problem-solving, working across functions to improve efficiency, unlock innovation, and deliver transformation at scale.

As a Transformation Manager you will:

  • Drive transformation across logistics operations, from supplier to customer, delivering sustainable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in logistics best practices, integrating your knowledge with related disciplines to deliver cross-functional success.

  • Lead and influence projects with moderate scope and risk, collaborating across global teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Solve complex challenges by applying fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to existing processes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for colleagues, sharing expertise to build capability across the team.

  • Communicate with impact, translating complex or sensitive information into clear, actionable insights that inspire alignment and consensus.

  • Stay ahead of the competition by understanding market trends, emerging technologies, and the factors that differentiate Diageo in logistics and supply chain.

About You

If you thrive on finding new perspectives for old problems, are confident communicating complex concepts and can balance big-picture thinking with a focus on detail, this is an opportunity to lead projects that will shape the way Diageo delivers for years to come.

You are an individual who excels at resolving intricate logistics dilemmas by crafting efficient solutions. Your expertise is backed by strong analytical skills, enabling you to see the story in the data and use it to influence smart decision-making.

You’ll bring a blend of operational know-how and transformational thinking, with the confidence to lead initiatives that make a measurable difference. While experience in logistics and planning is highly beneficial, it’s your ability to connect the dots between analysis, design and execution that truly sets you apart.

Succeeding in this position requires that you possess:

  • Shown analytical expertise - able to translate data into actionable insights and compelling recommendations.

  • Experience in logistics and planning - understanding the end-to-end movement of goods and the operational realities of supply chains.

  • Network design capability - optimising flows, infrastructure, and processes to enable efficient, sustainable delivery.

  • Cost optimisation skills - balancing quality and efficiency while delivering savings and value creation.

  • Transformation experience - inspiring change initiatives that challenge the status quo and deliver long-term impact.

  • Strong stakeholder management - building trust and influence across diverse, global teams.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex ideas and inspire alignment at all levels.
