Learning Science Expert (STEM & Teacher Engagement) at ElimuTab

What you’ll do:

• Train and mentor teachers in STEM pedagogy and learning sciences
• Build and grow a thriving community of teachers
• Evaluate, recommend, and adapt high-quality STEM content and apps for Elimutab, and promote their use
• Design engaging plans for parents to use at home (e.g., homework activities)
• Share STEM activities, challenges, and guides for parents and learners
• Stay up to date with educational insights in local contexts
• Support innovative learning science and content creation
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and professional learning sessions
• Gather teacher and parent feedback to improve Elimutab solutions
• Provide research-based insights on child development and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with product and content teams to enhance learning interventions

What we’re looking for:

• Background in Education, Learning Sciences, or STEM
• Experience in teacher training, curriculum design, or EdTech
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Passion for STEM, community building, and lifelong learning
