Description
Our client a Christian school in Nairobi, Kahawa West is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the above position.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE).
Requirements
- TSC Registration – Mandatory.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate about working with young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate learning for Grade 1 learners in line with the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials.
- Maintain a positive, nurturing, and safe classroom environment.
- Assess, record, and report learners’ academic and behavioral progress.
- Provide individualized support to learners where necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support learners’ holistic growth.
- Maintain discipline and instill positive values among learners.
