Title: Remote Job Bidder / Job Application Specialist (Focus: Nairobi Jobs)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Job Application Specialist to apply for jobs on our behalf and secure scheduled interviews.
👉 Important: You will only apply to jobs that are onsite/in-person positions in Nairobi, Kenya.

What You’ll Do:

• Use our provided LinkedIn profiles (and other platforms like Indeed, Glassdoor)

• Apply only to onsite jobs located in Nairobi

• Focus on securing scheduled interviews (phone screens, Zoom calls, or in-person interviews)

Payment:

• $3 (KES 400) per confirmed interview

• Weekly payments, based on the number of interviews scheduled

Success Criteria:

• Maximize scheduled interviews for Nairobi-based onsite roles

• Proof of each interview (calendar invite, recruiter email, or phone confirmation) required
