UNDERWRITING SUPERVISOR AT AURUM CONSULTANTS

Our client in the Insurance industry is urgently seeking to recruit a competent and well-equipped Underwriting Supervisor who is well-equipped with industry product knowledge and service delivery.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, actuarial science, or а related field.
• Professional certifications like ACII, CPCU, or LOMA add strong credibility.
• Proven track record (5-7 years) in underwriting with solid knowledge of risk assessment, insurance products, and compliance regulations.
• Experience leading teams, coaching underwriters, and overseeing daily operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiencу.
• Strong skills in evaluating risks, interpreting data, and making sound underwriting decisions within set policies and authority limits.
• Up-to-date understanding of insurance laws, regulatory requirements, underwriting standards, and market trends.
