Grade 3 Class Teacher

A School in Kikuyu (Thogoto) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Grade Three Class Teacher to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience as a class teacher, strong classroom management skills, and a genuine love for teaching young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the CBC curriculum.
• Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school activities and events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education (Primary Option).
• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and hold a valid TSC number.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a class teacher in a reputable primary school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Competency in integrating ICT in teaching and learning is an added advantage.
