As an experienced Senior Accountant expert with experience spanning   10years in leading and managing all facets of accounting, finance, and auditing, as well as complementary expertise in assisting with decision-making for senior managers, I am well-positioned to exceed your expectations for this role.

I come to you as a high achiever who is efficient in overseeing finance, accounting, and audit activities, developing business strategies, and preparing accurate and timely monthly reports. Presently, I work as a Bursar at Cheptuiyet Girls Secondary School. In this position, I am in charge of executing duties such as handling financial reporting quarterly and annually  according to (IPSAS), liaising with the procurement department in inventory control functions, integrating financial reports, maintaining cash books and registers, performing variance analysis to identify trends for information and management reporting, recording and maintaining school’s fixed assets, handling bank reconciliations as well as ensuring compliance with International Accounting Standards and Government Management Regulations.

My commitment and expertise can be gauged from the fact that I hold a Master’s in Business Administration (Accounting Option), as well as vast experience and competencies spearheading finance processes from the various industries I have worked for. I am also an articulate communicator with excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, and I have a proven track record of consistently meeting and regularly surpassing demanding performance goals.

 Moreover, I excel in time-sensitive, fast-paced atmospheres while resolving issues and motivating staff to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency. I have also demonstrated my ability to deliver on the roles I am tasked with and exceed what I am charged with.
