HR & Operations Officer

Our client in the education sector based in Syokimau is seeking to recruit an individual to fill this position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Higher Diploma in HR or CHRP.
• At least 2 years experience working in a school setting.
• Prior experience in implementing HR policies.
• Conversant with the Kenyan labor laws and ethical HR practices.
• Experience with operational processes, analysis, and reporting.
• Good understanding of business functions and practices.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
