Head of Risk Management – Aurum Consultants

• Develop and oversee the bank’s risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor financial and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

• Advise management on risk mitigation and control measures.
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the bank.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management within banking or financial services.

• Strong understanding of market, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and risk reporting.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
