Accounting duties:

 Managed accounts department by ensuring all financial records are available to auditors and management. Monitored payments and deposits.
 Prepared a termly budget for the institution.
 Processed invoices and payments as per the procedures.
 Prepared payroll monthly.
 Prepared the general ledgers.
 Compiled and reviewed ledgers and financial statements.
 Statutory deductions PAYE, NSSF and NHIF.
 Managed and posted petty cash transactions.
 Reviewed cashbook and cashbook reconciliation weekly.
 Maintained and updated staff and students’ records.
 Monthly bank reconciliations.
 Processed expenses requests for the manager to approve.
